included. There is no automatic billing after that period. If you'd like to
continue, we'll reach out with renewal options closer to that time.
Do I need to install anything myself?
No. We handle installation for you. If you have someone who manages your website,
you can provide their contact details and we'll coordinate with them directly.
Otherwise, we'll guide you through a simple copy/paste of a small code snippet.
Can I see how it works before it goes live?
Yes. After signup, you'll receive a link to a live demo on our beta page with your
agency's information. You can interact with it, ask questions, and decide when

Where do chat transcripts and summaries go?
We send real-time lead notifications and daily summaries to the email address you
